How to order?

Ordering your BBQ Bits is simple!

Hopefully we have done our bit to give you as much information about each product as possible before you buy. We have taken great care in the content and in particular the photography of our BBQ bits which show each product in great detail. Occassionally products do vary in style and colour but we try our best to change the photographs as quick as we can to reflect these changes.

Anyway, here is how to order:-

1. First, browse our excellent range of barbecue accessories using the menu on the left hand side. As you click on a category the menu will expand to show all of the products within the category selected. If you click on a category the products within this category will also be shown to the right. Click on the "find out more" button to take you to a detailed description of the product with brilliant pictures. You can of course click the repective link from teh menu of the left - 2 ways to get to the same page, it is really quite straightforward.
2. Now the exciting bit, click "add to basket" from any of the product feature boxes or the large "add to basket" on the detailed product page where you also have an option to increase the quantity you wish to order. Click "add to basket" will be take you to your shopping basket summary page. Here you can adjust the quantity you would like to order and delete an item from your basket if you so wish.
3. When you are ready you can use the menu to continue browsing the BBQ Bits store or you can click "go to checkout". Don't worry if you continue shopping your items will remain in your basket until you are ready to go to checkout. To get back to your basket simply click "go to basket" from teh menu on the left or there is a link always in the top right corner with a summary of what is in your basket.
4. From the basket page click "go to checkout", this will then ask you to enter some information about yourself, your billing address and where to send your order. You can be sure we only use this information for the purposes of this order and will not share it with others, if you have any concerns please feel free to contact us and we will call you.
5. Click "continue" to view a summary of you order. You are now ready to "proceed to payment", to the secure payment pages which will just ask for your debit/credit card information or alternatively you can choose to pay by PayPal.
6. Enter the relevent information and click "make payment". That is it, you should recieve confirmation on screen that you order was a success and a copy of the order is sent to yout inbox.
7. We also recieve a copy in our busy little warehouse where your products will be sorted out and packed securely before being dispatched straight away.
